Accessibility declaration

This website was created considering accessibility and barrier-free character of the web to comply with all important principles of accessibility according to methodologies BFW, WCAG 1.0 and Best practice – Rules for creating accessible websites prepared by the Ministry of Informatics of the Czech Republic for the purpose of amendments to the Act No. 365/2000 Coll. on information systems of the Public Administration.

Tagging language XHTML 1.0 Strict, together with CSS style sheets, was used for presenting all information at this server, making it possible to completely separate the presentation design from information proper. Therefore it is possible to display, or present the information on all existing devices.

The website was created according to the XHTML 1.0 Strict specifications and it complies with syntactic and semantic rules. Font size is defined in relative units and therefore it is possible to increase or decrease fonts according to the web browser settings.
If there is used scripting on the client’s side (e.g. Javascript) there is also provided basic functionality also on those devices that do not support this technology or that have this technology switched off.

In PDF format we provide those documents, regulations and information where this format supports their possible use.
